What is the shortest word in the English language that contains the letters: abcdef? Answer: feedback. Feedback is present in all cultures and from all eras. and is one of the essential elements of good communication (and better leadership). It is a crucial method to use to develop self awareness, refine our capabilities and grow!

So whether you want to get better at giving feedback, avoid having feedback escalate a situation or give feedback to your boss... We've got you covered.
