The power and practice of Gratitude (part three of four)

Another simple practice for gratitude is to set a repeating reminder in your calendar to send a thank you note to one person. So when the reminder pops up

Choose someone who you are grateful for, it might be a family member, friend, colleague or acquaintance

Think about what it is about them you are grateful for: it might be their support of you, what they have taught you, the behavior they have modelled or a kindness they have show you or others.

Whatever your observation on their positive impact, send them a text, an email, snapchat whatever (try a had written note that can be fun too) and tell them what you value about your relationship.

And watch that relationship flourish
