What's with change?

Marie Kondo has a messy home now, body positive influencers decide to lose weight, beers change marketing focus...

And so many people are losing their sh!t over it...

Things change, people change (tell that to any divorcee), plans change (if you've ever spent the day with a toddler or an octogenarian you know what I mean), pretty much everything changes. Nothing is written in stone (or if it is, stone erodes).

So when some thing changes recognize that change is normal.

Should you find yourself clinging to what was. Pause and reflect. What are you being asked to let go of? Is there a benefit to you? to society? If not, how can you make the best of the new?

Curiosity is a companion to change... try it and see
