What works for you?

There is so much conflicting advice out there even for something as fundamental as breathing:

  • Focus on breathing in - just let go of the out breath your body knows how to breathe out

  • Don't adjust your breath your body knows what to do, just observe

  • Breath in for a count of four beats, hold for four, breathe out for four and hold empty for four

  • Focus on a nice steady in breath - your body know how to breath out

And the same is true for investing, parenting, dating, managing your LinkedIn profile... you name it, there is A LOT of conflicting advice.

Fact is, you don't know and you're going to have to find out for yourself, by trial and error (or trial and success).
