Many coaches I know tell me of an increasing number of clients in their mid 30s, 40s and 50s who despite a degree from a good university are desperately unhappy in a profession (often chosen for them by Mum and Dad) that leaves them cold and unfulfilled.

Taking the time NOW to clarify your definition of success and identifying your goals will save you, and those around you, a lot to time, effort and drama later - regardless of your age.

ASK yourself, what is your definition of success and is it your definition? or is it received through upbringing, education, peer observation?

ASK how many of your goals are truly yours? Did you create them or are they a derivative of your parents, family, friends or peer groups' goals?

Your life is your own. Please live it that way, you'll thank your self when you do.
