Insights Unboxed
Insights Unboxed is a practical learning experience that helps people use coaching cards to unlock fresh thinking and spark meaningful conversations. The deck, designed with Andrew’s 30+ years of experience, comprises 52 cards. The Serendipity Card deck helps you reflect on both what matters most to you and practice the actionable steps that will help you find success.
At an ICF event in the spring, Andrew was joined by over 85 participants, with 91.8% saying they learnt something new and valuable, and 88.2% walking away with applicable ideas and actions.
ICF Core Competencies
What makes Insights Unboxed unique is its grounding in the ICF Core Competencies. Each section of the workshop is explicitly mapped to the competencies, helping coaches connect the creative use of cards back to the core principles of ethical, transformative coaching. Coaches walk away with ideas they can use immediately and a clearer understanding of how tools can support, not steer, the client’s growth.
Tools To Deepen Client's Insights
Participants explore the history and science behind coaching cards, learn when and how to use them, and equally, when not to. The workshop dives into the psychology of metaphor, symbolism, and choice-making, offering tools to deepen client insight while keeping the session client-led.
