Fresh back from a whirlwind trip to Sydney speaking to and with about 100 HR, L&D and Transformation leaders at EzraFest 🌟 

💡Kicking off with some amazing ANZ insights from over 500,000 coaching sessions and a point of view on decision paralysis, navigating disruption and transforming from the top. 

And the🎙️ panel discussion afterwards featured Sanaz Kalantari CPC, ACC (Microsoft), Colin Sargent (QBE Insurance) and Mark Killingbeck (PwC), where each shared strategies for:

We closed the festival with some bites 🍴, beats 🎶 and booze 🍹, catching up with some old friends and real conversations on how we can make leaders and people better.
