Digital Foundations

My employer invited me to a group project: a cross functional and cross business unit experiment to experience a Digital Foundations learning journey. Six self paced sprints over 15 weeks covering topics such as

  1. Customer Centricity

  2. Experimentation

  3. Practicing Agile methods

  4. Activating Growth

  5. Being Data driven and

  6. Evaluating trends

I just completed module 1 (I passed thanks for asking) and while some of the content was new, having the customer decision journey recast in the context of a digital environment and underscoring the use of personas has been something of an eyeopener.


As I complete each sprint I'll be sharing my observations here.
