The best things I learned in training: Reprise

Part 53 in a 52 part series

As I wrote in January, I was so fortunate to work for a "soft skills" training company who drank their own champagne and set the expectation that we attended and practiced the skills we taught and sold. The leadership also practiced that AND coached to those expectations skills to boot

And that leads me to this reflection: all those skills benefited me in one unexpected way. All that learning became a habit, I found myself seeking out new ways to do things, new points of view, practicing them, discarding what didn't work and incorporating what did into how I did things.

And that habit has stuck with me ever since.

So be it for your head, heart or soul, as the year ends, what learning will you plan for the year ahead? Asked another way, Who do you want to become?
