The Gap or the Gain?

Let’s just sit with this for a second.

Watching the hustle porn and success theatre in the (social or traditional) media you can get caught up in what you haven't done

So you haven’t written a book, or don’t have a Masters or Bachelors and you didn’t make a million before you were 30.

So what! I prefer the question What HAVE you done?

How about you make a I DONE List? (like a To do list but more fun) In a notebook or a file on your phone list what you've done.

Starting the first list with all your accomplishments, skills, certifications, classes taken, events attended, experiences enjoyed - just put them down in one place.

Then add to it on a regular basis

You'll be surprised

Or you can doom scroll through LinkedIn, TikTok or Insta and focus on what you haven't done

Your choice
