The power and practice of Gratitude (one of four)


In your office or home - start a gratitude jar. A gratitude jar collects moments to be grateful for rather that a persons transgressions (such as a swear jar)

Decorate it to be highly noticeable


Place it in a high traffic or visible place


Keep a small note pad and pen next to it.


Every time anyone feels a moment of gratitude they write a note and put it in the jar.


At Thanksgiving or holiday party read out the notes together as a group
