The Power of a smile

There are so many claims for this or that product and this or that fad, and often what's old is new.


So let me (re) introduce you to smiling


Amongst the research on smiling are claims that smiling reduces stress and anxiety, boosts the immune system, improves relationships, increases self-confidence, enhances mood, and improves productivity


One innovative study, using pre 1950 baseball cards found that the size of your smile - how far it reaches across the face is an indicator of lifespan - the bigger the smile the longer the player lived!


Smiling is contagious - when we see someone smile, we are likely to smile too. Want to make the world a better place? Smile more!
