Time affluence

I've written about mental wealth, and sticking with the finance metaphor my recent holiday to the UK (where my time and attention were less focused on out put and more on being) resulted in this short series on time...

The interesting word in the definition above is sufficient.

Time affluence isn't necessarily having lots of free time. Two people might each have two unscheduled hours. One experiences possibility. The other feels pressure to catch up on everything they haven't done.

Same number of minutes but a very different experience.

Perhaps being time-rich has less to do with how much time we have, and more to do with whether it feels like enough.
