On a recent vacation I visited London and spent two wonderful weeks in restaurants, galleries, museums, book stores, meandering around Hyde Park, walking from restaurant to gallery, back to our rooms from the theatre. And those experiences got me thinking.

What do you do on your holidays that you don't do when you are "at home"?
