Across the arc of my career I have been coached and been a coach many times. At the heart of my journey has been a curiosity to explore the "why?" behind the challenges I and my coachees face. Working with hundreds of people in Asia Europe and North America I've experienced success and failure - all of which have given me a unique insight I bring to our working relationship.

Choosing to be coached for the first time is confusing, to say the least, and I could not have found a better Coach than Andrew. He made the entire process seamless and every discussion we had was impactful as much as pleasurable.
