Certificate of Survival

If your work is anything like mine, what worked last year doesn’t quite work this year. The technology you learned three years ago is already outdated, and the needs your clients have have shifted multiple times within a single engagement / opportunity cycle.
There’s a kind of background volatility to it all. Constant enough that it seems like you are asked / expected / demanded* to adapt, recalibrate, keep moving (and smile). Often, without much acknowledgement.
With everything that’s going on in your / mine / our world, I made something slightly tongue-in-cheek.
A Certificate of Survival (2026 Award).

You’ll have to fill it in for yourself, which feels appropriate. That’s what this version of work increasingly looks like; part structure, part self-generated, part making it up as you go along.
I’ll share it visually here. Comment “certificate” and I’ll share the file with you.
