Recently I came across a story of a teacher who asked her pupils to write to her using the prompt, "I wish my teacher knew..." And when she asked, she learned so much about each student, their hopes, fears, aspirations, struggles and passions.


And that, dear reader, led me to wonder what you wish your manager knew...
