The best things I learned in training: Taking time for myself

The first question asked in the first lesson I took on my journey to get my PCC was, "how do you bring your best to each coaching session?" The following conversation ranged from breathing and centering see 5/1 post to link exercises. And it struck a chord in me about how we take time for ourselves before and between tasks. I've written about fire breaks before and I want to emphasise it again in this post.


As we celebrate the turn of the year in the northern hemisphere, let's give ourselves and our loved ones, time a space to refresh, relax and revive.


Whether on the beach (my Aussie friends will be there), by the fire or on the sofa with a movie or book. Take some time for yourself.
