What’s your story?

Where you were born, where you grew up, the jobs your parents did; what you did at school, who you hung out with and how you got "here" all form part of the story we tell of ourselves. Meet a new person? You get to re-tell your story, got a new job? Again you get to re-tell your story.

And that story isn't fixed, it is mutable, subject to editing, reinterpretation and reimagining. You don't have to wait for someone to ask you your story, you can re-write your story Every. Single. Day. Working with my clients, we listen to the words in their story, observe the assumptions behind those words and examine the mindset and beliefs driving their behaviours.

And with that examination and the associated self reflection, my clients are able to re-write their story. We are the sum total of our experiences and our responses to those experiences.
