Andrew was a pivotal force in the growth and sustainability of our internal coaching culture at Standard Chartered Bank.

His role went far beyond supervision, Andrew became a trusted guide and sounding board for our internal coaches, holding space with deep presence, psychological safety, and thought-provoking insight. His supervision sessions were consistently cited as a source of clarity, growth, and renewed confidence, leaving our coaches feeling both seen and stretched.

At scale, Andrew brought this same energy and mastery to our coachee alumni community. He designed and delivered monthly one-hour group sessions that reached up to 200 participants across 30+ countries, no small feat. His facilitation was never just about content deliver’ —it was about connection. Andrew created spaces that were inclusive, energising, and always in service of the audience and the organisational context.

He is the kind of facilitator and supervisor every coaching culture needs, grounded, generous, and gifted at creating meaningful engagement at both depth andscale. Reliable, personable, and always professional, Andrew was one of our most valued partners in bringing coaching to life across the bank.
