Gratitude Bingo

I've heard it said many times by numerous people that they find it hard to keep a gratitude item in their journal because "I'm always grateful for the same things..."

So if you are one of them (or if you just want to be grateful) try this. See the reasons to be grateful bingo card below ? How many can you say you have right now? This isn't a competition - no need to tell me or anyone else - just take a moment. How many do you have?

Now imagine that just one of the things you have today vanished. How would you feel? Say you no longer had clean water? or no living family members? or you were no longer able to move freely. How would you feel then?

For every one of the items below you have, be grateful, for there are too many of us on the planet that don't have what you take for granted.

Thank you
