In a previous blog post I wrote about coaching being a mirror, a window and, a door.
As I read through the feedback and comments on that metaphor, it was clear you liked its simplicity and its connection to our everyday lives. And then I saw this quote
"The door opens inward" That sparked a lot of reflection.
So to expand the metaphor, coaching is a mirror, a window and, a door and that door opens inward.
Coaching is about working on your self, from the inside out. Reflecting on your own attitudes, beliefs, mindset and behaviors. Viewing the possibilities before you and, taking action to make those possibilities real. Your coach is by your side to help you accomplish all that.
